What Is "Net Neutrality"?
Net Neutrality is the short term for Network Neutrality. Network Neutrality is the main guideline to guard Internet’s openness and freedom. It enables Internet users to do whatever they want on the Internet; for example, we can watch videos, listen to music, and send an e-mail etc. In other words, the sources on the Internet should not have a kind of superiority. The nation’s largest telephone or cable companies tend to break network Neutrality because they want to control the sources that users can find on the Internet so as to get profit by loading the specific sites when users are searching. However, the high-technology companies are the strong supporters of Net Neutrality; for example, Amazon.com, Google, Skype, Microsoft and Yahoo.
